I had seen this comic for a while now, but never read it cause the summary was a bit off putting: a generic tale of an innocent girl being used by a terrible playboy,but then somehow they fall in love.
This story is any thing but that.
And I was happy for it... at first.
Ingrid is so selfish. I can't bring myself to like her.
And no one actually sees her for what she is? Everyone's so busy kissing her a$$ as some white deer, celestial, can-do-no-wrong, innocent princess, but she completely screwed Reagan over.
And then she tries to say that she gave him an out??
Like when?? Oh, she means AFTER she had drug him through political hell and made it so that he couldn't leave her without having to experience extreme consequences himself???
I LOVE Reagan. He's so real. And 100% himself. Yeah, maybe that 100% is a playboy asshole, but he OWNS it. He never tries to pretend to be someone he isn't. Everyone who goes to him knows that.
But even knowing that and promising not to be a bother/get in his way, Ingrid complains and whines about EVERYTHING. And then never tells him the actual important things. Leaving their arguments ambiguous and sending Reagan in yet another drug induced spiral.
Ingrid doesn't deserve any of the guys who want her. She doesn't deserve anything.

I could say Ingrid was tolerating and patient with Reagan , but that was only at first (I'd say upto about their home banquet arc), after that all the forgiving and kindhearted "white deer" praise seemed like bullshit. When Reagan actually starts to change for her, and even conveys his efforts, she still leaves him hanging, without any guarantee that she'll eventually love him, and doesn't even try to communicate with him. Heck, all that talk w Reagan's mom bout communication, and she still doesn't make shit clear *facepalms* So honestly, Ingrid's kinda lost her appeal for me. She was doing great, but she just had to turn controlling smh

What do you mean? He clearly apologized and both of them admitted they took things too far. In the first place, it's okay for the employee to tell a customer they are in the way, but for the first warning they should say it politely. So both of them were wrong and both of them apologized

Two things can be true at once. OG Hailey was a very bad person, but also, she was taken advantage of.
