For some reason, there’s also a side character who takes care of the author since he’s lonely essentially, good at predicting/reading people, and handles the gambling place. Anyways, I read this Yaoi manga a while ago and I forgot the title. It was about a boy with red eyes and a snake god(?)--the Seme basically had a lower body of a snake. He was kept in a separate location from the rest of the family who had detained him. Long story short, the boy was used as a sacrifice and god was taking the boys energy through sexual intercourse and whatnot. There was a creepy young master in the story that was trying to get with the boy, but, luckily, that doesn't happen.
