This book is very odd i just started chap.1 and it really gives off the “white savior” trope. I hate how Beom is a black(?) man and yet he’s being treated like an animal. They also make it seem as if the emperor is doing Beom a favor by taking him in and letting him have sex with him. It’s very dehumanizing and weird coming from a black person. I see why people on tiktok be talking shit about this manhwa.
did the art style change? i just started reading this but it looks so much better than i remember, i was literally putting it off because i thought the art style was awful. back in like 2019-2020 it was super bad and a lot of fans said the same. AM I GOING CRAZY???
