Yes it's a manhwa, a showbiz one. It doesn't really have any romance from what I remembered...

- Mc is a guy, with a past life/lives wherein he was an extra (like in acting or actor stuff)
- I remember him being a brown haired guy
- There was a time he got to act with a child on an apocalyptic film/series (?), the child was a black haired girl
- Mc's role was somewhat a guardian for the girl's role, his character has been deemed depressed (?)
- it's also not his role in the first place (I think )
- Mc had projects before this film/series but I forgot 'em
