This manhwa is genuinely messing with my mind. It has this strange, almost suffocating atmosphere that I can’t quite put into words. The art is unbelievably beautiful..soft, elegant, almost peaceful at times..yet somehow every panel carries this underlying tension that makes you feel like something is never quite right.
And the ML… his presence alone creates so much uneasiness. The way he behaves, the calmness in his personality, the things he says and doesn’t say...it all adds to this constant sense of tension. There’s something deeply unsettling about the dynamic between the characters and the way the story slowly builds that atmosphere without needing everything to be overtly dramatic.
It’s such a bizarre contrast, you look at the art and expect to feel calm, but the story leaves you anxious instead. The visuals are gorgeous, the storytelling is haunting, and the overall atmosphere feels almost dreamlike in the most uncomfortable way. I genuinely don’t know how to explain it, but this manhwa makes me feel uneasy in a way very few stories have managed to.
