I just complete reading it,but somehow ended up on so many questions.. 1: what exactly is paradise? Ik it's there manor name but it's a feeling that maybe there is one more meaning behind it! 2: did theo mother committed sucide or was killed? 3: I'm hell confused on this one...what is "night of paradise" like what did theo father do those childrens..ik he killed them..but like did he r*pe them or something? 4: why did his father host night of paradise..what is his motto?is he suffering for Ny kinda illness which made him do all these stuff? 5: why do theo see his mother's ghost or the ghost of those his father has killed? 6: r the staffs of manor also included in night of paradise? 7: in the 9th chapter theo's father was only bring theo look alike children why? And when he was calling theo's name what did want's to do with him 8: did theo mother knows about all the dark sins of her husband? 9: why was theo talking to his mother's ghost in last chapter..very clamly..was the ghost real or just an illusion of his 10: who is Gabriel? Why was he not shown in the manhwa! These r some of them..if u happened to know plz decode em for me(づ￣ ³￣)づ
Okay so I can answer some but not all of them from my understanding, so first I believe the “paradise” was probably just a manner’s name. It could’ve also been like paradise for the kids too, but I solely believe that I was just the name of the manner in the story. Second, Theo‘s mom did commit suicide and for the night of paradise I’m pretty sure he killed them. It doesn’t explicitly say if he does do anything to them, but it is like confront that he kills them and also the staff of the manner they like don’t directly participate in the night of paradise but they do like you know clean up bring the children. You know what I’m saying and in chapter 9 I’m pretty sure he was like about to die and he was just reminiscing like I feel like there may have been a weird factory behind it. Theo’s mom also probably didn’t know about all the dark scenes. That’s probably why she was so like driven to kill herself I’m sorry for wrong with this, but this is like what I picked up from all like clues of story.
I think paradise was both literally the name of the manor and the “paradise night” was the regular charity event the evil dad held for the orphans. The father was just a sadistic psycho ig and held paradise night to appear moral to the public while secretly getting sick enjoyment from killing kids. I think it’s implied when the father started summoning kids that looked like Theo he had a perverted desire for his own son cuz he says that he should have made Theo “take his moms place” instead of letting him go and saying how he was so “beautiful and obedient.”
Theo always saw the ghosts whenever he was at paradise ig but it’s ambiguous whether Cedric also saw theos moms ghost at the end. Theos mom prob knew about the killings since she was vis ily nervous in many scenes with the father. I also personally thought Gabriel might have been referring to the Christian angel Gabriel and not an actual person/friend named Gabriel cuz Theo was highly religious
