honestly i understand why he feels that way about his brother but it’s overall just a hard situation to be in especially when a kid has a chronic illness trying to split equal amounts of time with the kids is hard , OBVIOUSLY I don’t know what happened to them as they got older but from this point in the story it just difficult to tell who’s right and who’s wrong but i just don’t want ideum to be at the wrath of this sibling rivalry
But that’s the problem, it’s seems they weren’t even trying to split the equal amounts of time they spent with their kids. They solely focused on the older brother and neglected the younger one, and that’s fucked up and sad!
my question is why even manipulate him? is it just for sex bc he can get that anywhere or if it’s purely because he finds it entertaining then that’s fucked
probably both + bc of how he was raised and taught by his father to be manipulative (due to being deemed the black sheep of his family bc of his illegitimacy)
not excusing his behavior #btw just an observation of his character
