Loved the main couple and the dynamic.
I just don’t think Dandelion death was genuinely necessary for me it felt cruel. Like i can get behind theo’s death and at least he had a choice and he did what he did even tho it was based on a wrong assumption. But Dandelion is just far too young and just couldn’t get more of a cruel death honestly. I understand that it just made Wolfgang and shin more determined to take the king but whyyy.
But on another note, I don’t think sys and randolph relationship was quite established and kinda felt empty at times. Like randolph saw what sys did with his servant’s but now what?. and now that they’re together, does his relationship with the servant’s stop?. I just don’t think it’s as solid as I wished it was and i just wished for more context. Also why the hell didn’t we get any kinky shit from sys after they established the relationship??. I expected him to do the same as the servant’s but just them alone and make randolph be like ohhh i like this and discover new things about himself.
Finally someone else who felt let down by Sys and Randolph story !!!! I went through the last season basically just for them since Sys was my fav (beautiful pretty man who has a penchant for bara buff rough men for his lovers, and a sadist in bed to boot?? Hes perfect!!!) but then..... It was all really random??? We didnt get any other chapters showcasing their relationship.... and then Sys was proposing to Randolph alrdy?? I get Randolph is Sys' type but to propose?? Have they even went on dates together before?? When did Randolph fall in love with Sys?? And is he okay with Sys having a harem/fucking his bodyguards too lmao?? I mean he saw them.....
So its all a mess, felt like the creator ran out of time to properly develop them so they just made an easy happy ending of "okay they married they're happy!" Rather than properly giving us any believable development. Honestly with how it turned out, i kinda wish they didnt make Sys x Randolph but rather we just got more of Sys with his beautiful bodyguards since this lackluster story between Sys and Randolph felt empty and pointless in the end, its a shame since i love both of them but the story is not it!!!
I think the story started with the fact that Geumryang will die if he doesn’t produce offspring and now the possibility of taesan maybe dying in end with all the foreshadowing is lowkey crazy. I don’t want that but i think it will be him dying and then reincarnated and Geumryang finding him in every life time with the kids is the most solidified ending. If he dies of old age I don’t think they should add so much drama and focus on it but should focus on the reincarnation.

For the main couple I think season 2 was heading in a good direction, but the ending felt lackluster and not “couple-y” enough. Even though it gave a solid future ending , it felt like it was building toward something deeper in their dynamic and then fell short. They could make up for it through side stories, but I’m not sure.
I do want to see more of the second couple though. They were interesting, and I’d like to see how they got together, how they worked through everything, and how they healed their individual traumas maybe?
Yeah it had heavy topics but nothing too emotional for me but when i got to the end of side 14 and saw the back of the brother id card :( making me cry at the last slide was kinda cruel

No i just think it was emotional because he is died but tried in many ways to help his brother in any way he could.
And i think just putting that id in the last chapter when i didn’t think it would make me cry is cruel :)

I didn’t expect it to be this green when it looks so red because of the art. Ngl the whole thing about the secretary stressed me out because they just be fucking while he’s plotting and i was like it’s not the time to be horny we got a CRISIS. But the dialogue and the way the characters think is so complex and not superficial at all i love ittt
I was excited in the first special story thinking we may get more smut about sys and Randolph but when i realized they went to find danny i started hysterically crying because WTF. Danny and how he get back and him hiding wrecked me.
