٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ i feel like Nanjo is gonna give Mokyeon the treatment Suhwa always wanted (in bed). The way he didnt hesitate to roughly grab M’s hair, and the fact he couldnt be that rough to Suhwa. But now that M accepted his own true feelings, he will want the treatment Nanjo easily gave to Suhwa, which is laced with softness and affection—the exact thing he couldnt get.
I’m not sure about Nanjo’s feelings, but it seems to me he only acted out of attraction towards M. that attraction doesnt necessarily equate to liking the person. Nanjo seems to be a caring and thoughtful person despite looking cold. With that said, it would made sense how he can easily treat M roughly because of his detachment towards their relationship.
I agree about the dynamic shift and Nanjo discovering a freakier side of himself that was there all along but imo he is rough with Mok not because he doesn't like him (it's too late for him to develop feelings out of nowhere if they're not there already, we have just 20-ish chapters to go and probably the next 2-3 will be just dedicated to the next sex scene) but because Nanjo's angry at himself for giving in to temptation precisely because (just like Mok) he likes him so much he can't help himself.
