I read the novel's main plot maybe a year ago so my memory is a bit fuzzy, but if I'm not mistaken zhenya flees the island like the slimy little cunt he is. I'm pretty sure Olga finds Taekjoo and helps him, then they get attacked by the fsb (the organization zhenya works for) because the fsb wants Taekjoo dead. They know Taekjoo is a spy and want him eliminated for knowing about Anastasia. Taekjoo helps Olga to safety and fights off the fsb for a bit, then they both escape ajinoki island via Olga's helicopter. Taekjoo goes back to korea but is wanted blah blah director wanted him dead blah zhenya finds him but helps him kill the director (i think idk man i read this on ao3). After that their relationship is still weird, but they do have their first kiss so I hope that answers your question!
