We’re close to finishing only the first novel, there are still so many other sequels like diaphonic symphonia, passion suite…..etc hopefully they will get adapted as well
passion suite is more like side stories though

Well, if you look at the amount of words each chapter has its decently a little long. I remember there being a chapter with 10,000+ words so... there's only 25 chapters but each chapter is loaded with words. The chapters are just long.
Tho it should still be short, just long ahh chapters
