Honestly if you want to change you’re going to have to push yourself to go even if it feels uncomfortable. I was never really frequently absent, but I have definitely skipped before because I didn’t like a class. What worked for me is to focus on the good parts. There was also a point in my life were I just read BL all day and rotted on my bed because I had nothing else to pass the time. It felt like I was being sucked up by the void.
