Even without reading the novel, there's a thin line between love and hate. Not saying yohan hates Jun but enabling the abuse of the person you love as revenge is... not very loving it's more of a possessive trait of wanting obedience.
i think you're reading too much into it.. i hated that yohan just watched jun being bullied without doing anything, but he wasn't doing it to get jun to obey him, it was more his petty way off showing that jun needed him, and yeah because he was upset over what jun did at the family dinner
