I remember the opening scene with a guy (I think mc) in a warehouse with a guy tied to a chair (a criminal). There's an audience of parents watching and I think the criminal killed and/or raped their children. The Mc explains how he's going to torture the criminal staring with a b and c. And ending with cutting off his dick. One parent ask if he can start with the dick and Mc ask what method he should use and they say just use your bare hands and rip it off. And he does that. I dont remember anything else of the plot lol

Scarf boy had an abusive dad i think so he was outside in winter to hide or was kicked out idk (he was a little kid) that's when the top and the mom walked past. I pink tops lom was also abused but top didn't care (also a kid atp) so she gave the scarf to the abused boy and then idk ran away from home ig? Don't hear from her again in the story.

I only remember ome scene and the characters or at least the top has animal characteristics and he can chance part of his body ti animal like his paw at will or whatever so not just ears and tail.
