I like how the author didn’t just brush past Yunoh growing up without parents, and that it still affects him in the way he thinks. He’s scared of getting attached to people and never fully opens up even to Haewon who he’s known for years. The issue of him technically not having anywhere else to go if anything ever goes down between them is also very realistic and I appreciate how well fleshed out the characters are emotionally. Even though sometimes it’s frustrating to see how Yunoh acts, I understand each time why he does what he does.
