I'm trying to find this manwha or novel where the FL was ill, she keeps on coughing up blood, but she cures herself. I think she cures herself by drinking some herb mixed in her tea? She hides her condition but I think she doesn't know that the servants found out? I think she and the ML got engaged/married young? ML has to leave for some reason, maybe a war? I think FL is older than ML? FL is really helping the ML out but FL never thought the ML will like her and FL is actually planning to leave him after he returns, comes of age and officially takes over the title? I remember the FL having this greenhouse and she likes to bury gems/jewels that she can use when she leaves?
