Can anyone who read the novel tell if the manhwa is also going in the same story line

Isnt this manhwa adapted to a kdrama

This is such a great manhwa. I loved how woojung was there for jiho from the beginning. But the only thing i found weird was the fact that woojung adopted jiho as his son like wtf?
