I might get so much hate for this, but I fear it's almost every isekai for me. It is so god damn repetitive. And the MC is either a very innocent person who cannot see they're the Y/N, or a 'mature/eccentric' person who just wants a peaceful life while going ahead to do the things that will obviously and inevitably bring problems.
