I was definitely enjoying the story until these last few chapters. Very icky.It’s 2026. This obsession with the slave trade, Evil Dark elves, Seemingly barbarian Tribal people, The 2nd/3rd ML who never gets the girl, The overly sexualized evil foreign princess, And all of the other ridiculous tropes for brown skin people is getting ridiculous. I wish they would stop writing them like that, If this is The way they are trying to Show diversity they can Just leave it out
