It's super similar to 'My honey logged in'; the whole thing was about this guy who previously played an mmo and catfished his in game husband when he was in his teens, he stopped playing for like 10?? years, and when he logged back in due to a new game update the guy he was married to in game sees that he isn't dead and starts trying to get involved with him again. And it turns out they're both going to the same college.. I think. I'm like 99% sure that there's at least a few chapters of it in manga form, but there was also like at least 40 chapters of the light novel on light novel updates but for the love of all that is good and holy I can not find it~~~~~
