I'm not a fan of incest, but I truly believe they are brothers again and again because of karma. They both did horrible things and they will never have a normal, healthy and beautiful relationship because of it and a part of me kinda love it x) kinda like a curse.

Nope, not really a slow burn. They hit it up pretty quick. But the romance (imo) is like only 35% of the story, if not less. But it is what makes it more
And yes it's damn good, not only generally, but wholly. I love this kind of manhua
It's not a problem if it's not only romance, I just hate slow burn and love triangles so I wanted to be sure that I wasn't going to waste my time XD

But well I will just type it here again. You can rest assure since no, no love triangles, no toxicity, no misunderstanding. It just the angst (as to why the uke is in a vegetative state) has yet to come.
