They don't need to love each other equally. Love is not something that can be measured. A polyamorous couple can be a V (1 person loves 2 and those 2 olny love that 1person) or a triangle or many other ways, so the fact that their relationship is like it is doesn't mean it's bad or just a sex friends thing. Hiroi and Take love each other in a peculiar way. It's not romantic but it's just as strong and intense. They can't live without the other one. And Hiroi and Take bothe love Mine, but Take tries to keep him at a distance (by being mean) so they won't fall in love and destroy the relationship in the process. Mine adores Hiroi and is madly in love with him, but he also likes Take, just not in a romantic sense. But he still likes him! He is someone important for Hiroi and so he can't help buut end up liking him. If not, it would br impossible for them to live together.
A lot of people thinks polyamorous relationships are like this equally loving each other and being happy forever thing, but the truth is you can't love 2 persons the same way, so there are going to be differences and that's ok! For example there are relationships where 1 couple has more priority than the other relationships and that is ok if everyone is okay with it.
I don't know ... It just feels like the ones writing some comments don't really understand polyamory.

I think what upset me and a lot of other commenters is how hiroi seems to force his two partners to get along, and then gets jealous when anything threatens his idea of happiness. The fact that mine and take cant be open about their true feelings toward one another to spare Hiroi isnt healthy for any one of them. Poly can be a multitude of relationship types in one, but I dont think it can be "unbalanced". Every partner needs to be able to be open with each other. as poly person myself, I think communication and openness is the key to a healthy poly relationship, and this one didnt seem really healthy or balanced between all 3 partners.

I love the art, but the romantization of rape is something I cannot overlook. Hate it when a seme rapes an uke and the uke falls in love with the seme. 100% not true, always damaging to society's subconcious view of rape culture and triggering for rape survivors.
Also hate how, as the story develops, the seme datrtd being more and more dominant when he was so sweet and soft in the beginning. The same goes for the uke: he was so confident and forward in the first two chapters, then changes and becomes shy and submissive. Wtf?
