Do you remember the chapter where Xinlu really hated the person who saved him? There Yuri felt heartbreak for the first time because the adult Xinlu in front of him hated Yuri! So in this chapter, when Xinlu asks Yuri about his broken heart, Yuri remembers that it was the first time he felt heartbroken because he was hated by the person in front of him for not immediately helping Xinlu when he was drowning (of course Yuri had a reason why he didn't immediately help Xinlu as he had explained to Xinlu in the previous chapter but Xinlu denied it because he didn't like the look in his eyes).
