I see that a lot of people are saying or thinking that the MC’s true love is the gangster but hear me out what is the MC and the ML are true loves but when the ML made that wish they had to rip it up because he didn’t wish to be in love with MC but wish to be the MC. so they couldn’t be soulmates if he was gonna become the MC and the gangster true love just died and this is a misdirect
I think the gangsters true love would be the brother- we know that the shaman saw the brother but we never saw the interaction. Which means he could also have a broken thread- and we saw that the gangster and brother have something going on too. So something might’ve happened and they both have broken thread. The brother also told the MC to “break the thread” which implies he might’ve done it to the gangster
So in backstory, we see that Leo has always been a selfish spoiled brat that didn’t do anything until JJ actually said something and Leo changed not the spoiled brat and selfish part, but he start putting in the effort in his work. It look like if somebody say something about a problem that they have with Leo he might change so why the fuck JJ kept his thin mouth closed when he didn’t like Leo behavior towards him like if he had open his dumbass mouth And say something Leo would’ve changed
