It wasn’t necessarily revenge as MC isn’t a vengeful character. He just got curious about ML and later on got fascinated with him.
They ended up together. Also imo they never really broke up. It was just a toxic relationship (until the end but ML was trying to be better) since ML is very controlling and MC just lets him so the toxicity is just through the roof.
MC and ML try so hard to stay together.
i dont know why when i read the manhwa first time . i dont know why the mc give me the vibe that in the end he would Betray the ml
