What I remember from its story is that mc was in love with a girl who’s her coworker/friend. But at some point she starts hallucinating/fantasising about murdering her and cutting her into pieces and keeping them in the fridge. But then mc reaches a point where she can’t distinguish between reality and hallucination, specifically when people start looking for the missing girl.
I know it sounds disturbing, but I remember it being SO interesting and intriguing; it kept me on edge at all times.
It might not even be here but I NEED to know the name as I’ve had it in my mind for years but was too shy to actually ask where.

All I remember from the plot is that it was about a popular host that was attacked by an obsessed client which left a scar on face, leaving him unable to work bc the injury “ruined” his looks or something like that

Apart from that, the title MAY have the word “ringo” (as in “apple” in Japanese) in it, tho it could also be another work from the same author :(
Oh and it’s not Fukashi no Kizuato, google searches lead me to that manga but I don’t thinks that the one I remember
