Context about this is because Seung-hyuk found the truth about the video and about his evil brother, at first he tried to lock Yihyeon on his apartment for his safety, like actual grounding lang no force or harshness involved, but he realized it's no different from hurting him so he tried to leave quietly for the sake of Yihyeon, but not actually leave since he stalks Yihyeon making sure if he's okay, eating well mga ganun². And about the evil brother he gets locked up, which honestly is not enough bad karma.

Yeah he apologized and stuff like that pero not like other ML that we see na full on redemption arc/groveling. Dynamics nadin kasi talaga ng love story nila I think their love for each other is relatively subtle, unspoken. One thing he does a lot in the present is wait outside Yihyeon's workplace to see him for a few hours before Seung-hyuk goes to his job. Most of it through actions nalang, based sa novel wala silang emotional moment na habulan/grovel, like I said hindi full on redemption arc/groveling yung way of happy ending nila, they just accepted it that they're okay na and based sa novel din, it's like they'd rather live for the present than continuously bringing up their past..... Though I hope here sa manhwa ibahin nila like I want to see din na may actual chasing/redemption/groveling arc sila
