Generally it could be(?) I know no peen is always the same it comes in different lengths, girths, etc. So maybe its just the artstyle...what do I know ive never actually seen a dick outside the ones on my screen so-

no thats just art style. real dicks are not that pointy. the shaft and tip can be many shapes and even curves but the very top of the dick is a bit flat and round not cone shaped. its the one thing that throws me off this artists style (cuz like.. that probably doesnt feel good) but i love everything else so ¯_(ツ)_/¯
