Hmmm. It's like a scale. Some of us can only handle certain pain. Some folks enjoy light pain, humiliation, degradation, etc. Whilst others may need more stimulation and forcefulness to feel fullfiled. It also depends if the masochist is a dominant or sub, too.. the uke in this manga seems to be a dominant manga for instance.
