you would think that this would be wholesome, but no, it wasn't. i was a little disappointed with how, almost at the end, Jiwan finally loosened up towards Taeyang. like, it had to take him seeing Taeyang almost die to realize how Taeyang literally gave his whole heart on a silver platter in front of him and gave him never-ending chances. it’s crazy to think that Taeyang was always the reason why they worked out and how he didn't care if Siwan kept taking and putting back his heart on that plate.
it hurts to see the potential for this to be more positive if it were a tad bit longer ; they could've had more scenes of Jiwan talking it out and not always pushing Taeyang away when he clearly still wants him. but based on his character sheet, i get his personality a little better
i honestly think that the mindset Jiwan had was most likely his insecurity and not Taeyang's because Taeyang was very vocal about what they had. the only reason he couldn't talk about it was because Jiwan didn't want him to. even until the hospital scene, like, what do you mean you don't know what you guys are when you just talked about working it out 30 minutes ago??
all in all, i love them both, and though i highly think that Taeyang deserved better, i still see why Jiwan was like that. they were childhood friends turned lovers, and he saw him when he was at his lowest and was in a toxic environment. i get how that causes insecurities and doubt, but i think Jiwan should've talked it out rather than kept it to himself.

listen…i haven’t tweaked in satisfaction for a manga/manhwa in a long time. this manga is the best thing i’ve ever read after bride of ignat. they have the most wholesome, expressive and healthiest relationship i have ever read in a while and let me tell you this…kouta is GOATED!! best bl manga man in years

honestly got really disappointed when they got together. i felt that it was too rushed especially since i thought the fmc wanted to change her fate after what happened to her in the past lifelike i just couldn’t fathom how quickly they got together when she was super suspicious about him since he looked like the same guy who she loved but killed her in the end like hello???why tf didn’t she just stay single and actually get to know him more like what if you get killed again bruh?? could’ve chosen the second mmc
