They're not getting a full story because there isn't enough plot for a full story. Their story is literally 90% of yaoi manga tropes. The seme doesn't like the uke in the beginning, but one night they have a drunken love affair and the seme sees him in a different light. Seme is confused why he finds the uke cute and cares about him all of sudden..
