Im lowk glad how much faster this arc is going here than the novel. It was genuinely torture reading that. I hate the meeting when we were younger trope but I kind of understand the reasoning for it here.
Since he becomes so obsessed from not having any kindness shown to him yo being treated like an actual human he developed the obsession. They deal with it by sending him to therapy because it was actually so bad.
Fax this part in the novel was such a pain
