So I started reading this a few weeks ago, the premise is pretty much the mc falls in love with this guy. He ends up falling for her sister and when it's found out the sister is chosen to be sent as a sacrifice to the (ancient dragon tree??) He asks the mc to do it instead since she's known for having resistance to miasma. She agrees and ends up surviving for many years with a holy sword (that can talk to her). Suddenly a portal opens and a young man comes through who looks identical to her first love. It ends up being his son who has come for the holy sword as a gift for the princess of the kingdom so he can marry her.

So all I remember is there was a delinquent and his two friends and this really attractive well known dude. The delinquent ends up fighting the dude I think but hes always looked up to him?? I think?? Later his friends give him this drink that turns him into a girl and the hot guy takes an interest in him

So I'm looking for this manga where two women are summoned to another world in hopes of one of them being the saint. One is a stereotypical lead and the other ( the main character) is very plain looking so she gets ignored and cast aside only to end up learning medicine and potions.
