His crush asked him the question that I like this book.how was it? ) + the green curtain motif too ( jaeyi's window curtains were green when he first saw ideum's from his apt window and in ideum's dream there is a panel where green curtains were flying in front of his face). No I am saying ideum might have attended late because of his surgery. That's how his hs timeline align with jaeyi. But it's just a theory. But that crush features are not matching with jiseong.

Sorry but zero possible. Ideum would remember the name of his first crush, everyone remembers the name of their first crush, he would notice the resemblance unless Jaeyi changed his name, make his skin tan. Otherwise this theory doesn’t make sense
