I think he was buying something for ari to pay back for haesoo but I think he probably got caught up at clothing picking things out for haesoo. I mean hasn't he been doing that since the beginning? I'm pretty sure he's bought her tons of jewelry if I remember right? Or maybe he's buying all that to give to ari to showoff how rich her boyfriend is that the price of her outfit is nothing to him that he can pay for 500 of them and still be loaded.
