If yall are waiting for the chasing or redemption arc, don't have any hopes. Though, the ml did regret his actions near the end of the manhwa and was ready to take responsibility for what he did, given mc's easygoing personality, he let it go. So there's no redemption arc. So it's a waste of time if you're expecting any redemption arc.
I love it when fl and ml, both are smart and scheming . Im so glad that there's no push and pull, or some stupid misunderstandings between firentia and perez, they just know what they want and are vocal about their feelings and THEY COMMUNICATE. Thanks to that, my cortisol levels remained low while reading this, i hate misunderstandings, too frustrating. I also love how firentia is nice but at the same time she's calculating, and not naive. My girl is too perfect ( ꈍᴗꈍ). Furthermore, this manhwa is such a great take on feminism. All women in this manhwa are written so well with a good amount of character depth including the empress.10/10 read. I will be sad after this manhwa gets over :( i hope we get a lot of side stories.

I do feel bad for him maybe he should just try to move on atp. But remember, he brought it upon himself. Nanjo and Mokyeon,'s relationship was never healthy to begin with, MY literally coerced NJ in this relationship and broke their agreement first with dubcon. And after that, Mokyeon decides to break their agreement and exposes Nanjo and himself to Sunhwa on purpose, when their relationship was the deal and was supposed to be a secret.
