They don’t find out that the alcoholic was spiked till a little while longer. They kinda showed that the ml was drinking all the alcohol the mc hid but it was literally one panel so it didn’t make it clear

It isn't. It is a lot more complicated than you think, but it is also not as bad as what you're thinking. Give it a read, I think you'll be surprised (in a good way). i don't wanna spoil anything for you.

It's a lot more complicated than that, anything I say to explain will be a spoiler so it's like impossible to explain their relationship to you without spoiling the whole plot. I highly recommend reading the series yourself. You will understand what we're trying to say, + it's one of the best manhwas in my opinion, you won't regret it
