I've started this awhile ago and stopped at when the mc used her powers at like a party with her friends. I was decent in the story, but I don't see why everyone hating on the fact that the blonde (luminous or somethin) is the ML. I was personally wishing he was since I liked the dynamic, but I feel like ppl are hating the power dynamics and the age gap. Personally I've seen wider and weirder in stories like these. Who made me a princess is a prime example of what is going on here but nobody said anything with them? I'm not complaining just a lil confused why alot of people are hating
Idk what you've been reading but it's not okay for a 1000+ year old to have an attraction to a 14 year old. That's why people are upset. Also, they officially met when she was 14 but he also met her when she was a baby btw. Meaning he's been WATCHING HER grow up. Does that not feel creepy to you? Would you not feel creeped out if a person you've met at fourteen years old (who is an adult) had been watching you since you were barely 2 years old?
I see where you're coming from, but comparing 1000+ year old to anyone here would still be a little weird. I don't think they got together until she was an adult (correct me if im wrong) and the watching since she was 2 is wear i can see it being weird as well as being attracted to someone who is 14, but then again in this time period I can't say it's uncommon. Though that is not an excuse, it could put into perspective why this may not be as weird in this setting. It's always a little heard to compare humans and immortals considering sense of time, concepts, and way of viewing life are completely different usually. That said though, I thank you for clearing up what is was confused with.
