I find that they actually have pretty distinct facial structures and builds, so the lack of color wouldn't cause any confusion! It's one of those few BLs where not everyone has a six-pack and a V-shaped face, so I encourage you to give it a chance! The art style has evolved throughout the seasons though, so the first few chapters may look different from the latest ones. ^^

No. What is to understand from the antagonist is that the MC's dad possibly used the antagonist's dna go bioengineer the Hae-il as an orca shifter. So when he alludes to the Hae-il and Hyo-seo being related is because Hyo-seo's dad may have help "create" Hae-il or at least experimented on him as hes a carbon copy of the antagonist

i have the same thought. that asshole CEO probably just used the word "inbreeding" on purpose to rile the MC's dad since the dad was probably the main researcher in creating the mutant/ML. i doubt there is an actual incest involved.
