They cut out so damn much from the first few novel chapters lmao this whole first chapter is built up so nicely in the novel that it felt all so rushed to me.

All of Zig's novel adaptation always cut so much from her original writing. It's sad really
When I first started this I felt real good about this alright but now I don't wish to compare but I just came off reading the things that deserve to die and they both feature similar tropes but there the chemistry and plot progresses quite naturally the attraction is present and the smut unlike here oozes chemistry and tension.
There hasn't been much going on here since the new season started so I will keep this on the back burner but seriously man
