I dont want him to get back with ML - hard to imagine what will the author come up with to make us love again sugardaddy.....

i read some comments about mc's tragic past with dad and stuff...but apart from that he cant be that stiff right? right????? its one thing to reject someone cause of fear or address he feels love towards him BUT sais no to avoid issue?
In the first place he's not really obligated to entertain ml since he didn't really want this whole situation. I'd say so far I'm annoyed with him too but you can't really force romance to someone who's not ready for it.
