We've seen since day 1 about how desperate and excited yumin was to impregnate a human, and it should've been clear that this story is not gonna be all rainbows and sunshine and non-con free ever since the first drugging took place... people are too blinded by how cute and lovey-dovey they're too each other to remember the red flag signs

In the novel, there's quite a lot if things going on actually. After they did the whole vote thing, the 'faker' guy actually gathered everyone but mc and ml (who went deep into the island) and then ordered a hide and seek kind of hunt. He told everyone else that they're free to hunt mc and get rid of the ml and that the first one to get mc is allowed to do anything they want with him. Basically, they just ignored & broke the rules. Meanwhile, mc was busy running around the island bcs of the usual stupid talk with ml. Everything went into chaos lol there are people who was very unfortunate for trying to fight ml, and other people who encountered mc ofc also got taken down by him, and there is also someone who decided to claim another top lmaoo. Then mc went to the safehouse where the organizer guy stay at, talked with him for a bit, then called the faker and ml over using the speaker. So we missed out the most chaotic scenes here...

that sounds like too much action for what seems like the winding down as we're approaching the ending, i see why they removed it. it sounds wild though
