As for how, I think they all go through veeerry lengthy lawsuits which Lyle purposely want to extend to over three years (exact amount of time Haejin suffered in) and he bribed all lawyers and law firms to not accept any of the employees so that they have public lawyers and the lawsuits will dry them out money wise. Ofc he fired all of them and replaced them and ensured they won't get hired elsewhere. He also installed more security measures so this won't repeat again.
As for when, uh it's gonna take a bit longer, I would give it 10 or so chapters depends on how they adapt this.
Haejin specifically told Lyle he doesn't want to be involved and he's not interested in getting revenge on them so Lyle punished them this way as to not involve Haejin directly. But don't worry the current butler will get humiliated and insulted and rightfully punished in a proper way. The novel in general focus more on the healing aspect than revenge itself which made it so much better. Lyle will turn into such a dotting green forest and Haejin will have the best life (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
