I'm trying to look for this bl manga that I started to read a long time ago but I forgot the name so please help me.

It was about these two collage or high school students, I don't really remember, but they where trying to look for a place to live, close to the school that they were going to attend, so they found a place but it was only available for couples. so in order for them to live there they both had to agree to act like a couple just to live there, because there was no other place that they found and that was the only affordable apartment that they found. Later they went to the landlord lady and she saw that they were a "couple" so she gave them the place easily but then after a few day the landlord landy found it a bit suspicious that they weren't doing the deed, since every couple do that and she didn't mind those type of noises, so in order for the lady's suspicion to subside I think they acted put the first time because it was too awkward for them since they were only just friends but later they actually started doing it.
