ML tortures and cheats on MC throughout the entire storyline…the only time he doesn’t is in the side stories after the ending so I felt really mislead by commenters saying “it’s just a toxic ml but he truly loves mc etc..” He’s beyond toxic he is like the devil himself and not in a cute demon king way but a straight evil sort of way lol just beware if u read it

I truly think Yuta has surrendered and wants to live. Yuta is very prideful; he wants to be saved but also doesn’t want to be saved. He wants to be coddled and loved but he also doesn’t want to be thought of as a weak man. SH is also prideful but his walls are breaking a bit faster than Yutas. I think he wants to live serving Yuta and treating him like the man yuta wants (but before, maybe that was hard for him) while simultaneously loving Yuta and protecting him. I believe Yuta lured them out of the motel on purpose, not to die but to save SH. Stupid (and doesn’t fit since sh can take care of himself/them if he wants) but still I think that was his thought process. Before, he has led SH to the den of thugs to fight out of but here, he led them away. Sure he might die in the process, but I think he’s wanting to live again and it wasn’t his true initial intention of willingly leaving with them. It’s just imo and my 2 cents on it. Still, who knows since Inking/Kingin is known to write in a rollercoaster fashion so I’m here for it lol

I havnt finished reading this because once when I was reading on Bato, I left a comment that was along the lines of that mc is basically a beta who was turned into an omega. It was a lighthearted comment towards someone who wanted clarification on info about abo stuff cuz they were new to reading the genre.
Anyway, someone else jumped in and replied to me with a whole paragraph calling me names and saying things like are you fucking stupid? Can you even read? Or do you just have reading comprehension problems? And all this stuff. They then went on this rant that mc is a beta and took what I said so personally and literally when all I meant was that he’s basically a beta turned omega (like other authors do except they can’t be blamed cuz “technically he’s still a beta..”) and that he literally can do what omegas do. Anyway, they were never even part of the original convo and I was just so baffled at how rude and mean they were being. Calling me stupid and that I don’t know how to read. Because of them, I never went back to finish reading it cuz it just made me so annoyed. I remember clicking their profile and comments and seeing that I wasn’t the only person they liked to attack in comment sections like they had some weird power trip. It was really f-ing dumb but I’m definitely going to read it now; hopefully in peace lol
Some bato users are unhinged, especially those who read the og novel and felt superior over knowing what manhwa-only readers didn't yet know. Once I complained how i disliked an ML for his poor communication with his wife (FL) in THAT chapter. Well this pos blew up at me saying "he did that bcs in the novel he saw blah blah blah about the wife so there's a reason and you can't hate him for that". Bruh i didn't read the novel and it was an observation based on that particular chapter, not my conclusion about his character as a whole. If he later had a better character growth then my opinion would've changed as well. What's the big deal? Not everyone has to like the ML bcs he's the ML. But same i also dropped that series bcs of the st0opid fanatics. Still haven't picked it back up though lmao

I finished Kiss Me Liar years ago and am reading Kiss Me If You Can, which so far i do see some 'misunderstood' part bcs his intentions for Chase were nice but his execution was sooo fcking horrible and traumatizing. This actually happened to me in other manhwa. I said that the top better be crawling for the bottom since he refuses to draw clear line with the bottom and always giving the bottom false hope when the bottom clearly likes him but then people be jumping me saying I was illiterate and cannot comprehend the context of the story bcs in the novel it's explained why the top did this why the top did that. Bruh I don't care what already happened in the novel, I only read the manhwa and commented on what the manhwa shows me and it didn't reach that part of explanation yet. Like we cannot commenting things now if we don't read the novel-_ I avoid that manhwa since seeing it now is really upsetting
In all sites, there's always the superior know-it-all being "He's like this bcs in the novel he actually has trauma, which will later reveal in the future manhwa chapters" yup we don't care. It's pretty good imo, just the pacing is kinda fast and some relationship kinda forced and sometime it's cringe but for a quick read, it's good enough. I prefer her other works tho to this one
