Koi is an extreme omega, and it’s canon that extremes have prolonged life spans and live longer than normal people. Because of that, they don’t age as quickly. In the novel Runaway If You Can, it’s basically canon that Koi looks so young and beautiful, despite being in his 50s, that Chrissy even believes at first that he’s around Nathaniel’s age and is one of Nathaniel’s partners. So yes, Koi is probably going to look young, even in his present day appearance. That’s not bad. It’s just canon.
