unfortunately no there is no way to sort it like that, I see that you're a new user so I'll let you know that any new updates for stories will go to your notification bell at the top of the page if you have it in your reading or read list already, updates go to the bell twice a day. when you click on something to put it in "want to read", "reading" or "already read" there should be a check box that says "subscribe this manga" if you have that checked then you'll get updates for it. If you want to check for the newest updates for a category for example: if you click of on the "Comedy" category there will be a section that says "Sort By: Views | Popularity | Create Date | Update Date" if you click "update" it'll show you what's recently been updates for that tag
for personal lists it's also the same, they are sorted by from the day you put the story in the list, you can re-order them manually by clicking " edit review & order" there will be a box that says "Order:" that you can change the list order for
