I'm actually so upset that Rebecca is such a piece of shit.
I thought her character design was cute when she was first introduced so I assumed that she'd be prejudiced at first against our MC then slowly realise how competent she is (and get that sweet character development and depth) and become a good friend and ally but she just ended up being a complete eyesore -_-
She's not even a compelling or threatening villain either so it's not even interesting to read or giving any tension in the story, she's just frustrating and annoying >:(
Due to the tracing/ copying controversy, the manhwa is ending here at episode 21.
The author apologised for the controversy and shared that if another season or rendition of the story were to happen again, it would be with a different artist.

It's clearly more than just heavy inspiration, from face shape to hand positions, poses and even scene compositions. Some of the panels line up with one another exactly! I feel really sorry for the author, since the fault fully belongs to the artist. :(

Honestly, I understand that it is a tracing… but only the bodypart/face shape and certain situations!!! The colour, the style, the characters personality, the clothing, they are original!!!
I don’t understand why these angry fans/people are making such a big deal about that…
While all these isekai have so many similar concepts & stories got no problem with each other…
The tracing that I can call tracing crime would be something like what The Youtuber Falin San has experienced with her art being traced by somebody else, where the whole design is being traced, include colour, hairstyle, clothing, etc.
How the hell the tracing from this manhwa can be ruled as crime?
Search up what tracing is. It takes a lot of work for artists to be able to create things ( i say this as one myself ) and especially without the original artist's permission, it's very hurtful. And as you can see from the original thread, this wasn't only once or twice. If the artist traced, I think it would be okay as long as she admitted she did and credited the original artist, yet she kept claiming it was hers.

Then she is certainly a bad one… and I understand that artist take hours to decide and draw a scenes, the position of the eyes etc, but is it okay to ask to trace the body parts and don’t have to pay loyalty or do they have to pay?
Will this manhwa get stopped because of this controversy or will they continue this with different artist?
To be honest the only reason I’m mad is because this would cause this manhwa to be stopped and I won’t be able to read this anymore since I don’t like reading novel…

As an artist myself, there are things about how morals and how it's copying hard work and stuff but as you saw someone else has said that. So Instead I will bring a bit of legal stuff into this. Webcomics are a business. the original artist and author make money off this. It is a commercial product that may be distributed for free in some cases, however it is copyrighted material and still a business, and thus, if you are tracing, it is similar to ripping off another business's idea and legal action can be taken, think of this as tracing over a movie or a marvel comic, it can be in your artstyle however as long as it's traced and used for commercial reasons, legal action can be taken. But of course the fans are mad at the morals while the author is likely worried about the legal aspect
