no, uploaders have their own life so if they choose to drop it because the author told them too or they are busy with school/work and have more important things to do then they should drop it. sometimes they don’t have enough money for raws which is another reason that they drop their projects.
it shouldn't even be considered. no person is exclusively obliged to upload to this site in the first place. they volunteer, they use their time of the day, some even use their own money just to post a chapter. the site is illegal and on top of that, we're all just parasites. so everyone should be well aware and understanding that if stories are dropped or if the updates take a lot of time we don't do anything. period.
