Gosh I'm so pissed while writing this. The story started off strong but went downhill fast after season 2 that it's not even funny. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
MC doesn't truly care about Yiheon. Like wth with these so-called revenges? By being buddy, hanging out with Jaemin, the very bully who had driven Yiheon to his death just weeks ago?? Like that's still not enough, he even be friends with the classmates who spread rumors and socially distant Yiheon?? Even at home, he ruined what's left of a relationship Yiheon had with his father by acting like a damned brat, which led to his mother being forced to go to the mental hospital. The one thing he can do is to live a better life for Yiheon, by studying hard and go to top college, gets a good job and builds a good standing in the society, proving to everyone that he's no longer some loser, but alas MC sucks at studying and there's zero improvement even after 50 chapters. But hey, the author let him be good at sport so he's not totally useless!
Ppl saying that Sekyung's just as bad as Jaemin yet he's the only one who actually gave a shit about the real Yiheon and constantly felt guilty for not being able to help him that day. Nobody is perfect and Sekyung's still a kid with his own problem, but at least he showed that he tried and wanted to do something to help. He questioned MC's twisted morals for protecting Yiheon's bully and that guy's like "that's two different things, I will take care of my personal affair on my own" and then what? Being half asses about it by saying some lame warnings to Jaemin and acting distant, only to come crawling back looking for him like a dog when the bully missed school? Because MC understands how miserable it is to live a life lack of proper education?? Like wth do you care about how he is going to live his life, are you his mom or something???
In this world nobody has to face their consequences. And because everybody loves the new me so what they've done in the past can be forgotten. I bet the author hasn't gone through the same hardship or even studied about it and ended up creating such dumb of a plot like this. This Bl doesn't deserve its high rating. Ugh.
All of that buildup for the amnesia only for it to end so abruptly and anticlimactic. Guess the author realized ppl hated this lame drama and preferred the summer special so much more that they decided to axe the whole thing, lol.
I really want to like this story, I really do. But there's something about the plot keeps giving me conflicted feelings :(
MC had been living his whole life like a jerk, then mission happened and he's fatally wounded, while laying there dying he suddenly regretted having treat everyone like shiet. And I was like: Huh?? Just like that??
After MC returned to the past, his personality did a 180 degree spin and now he acts like a complete different person. Like someone from another world had transferred into MC's body, who already knew how the story went and tried to change his doomed end. There's no transition or the build up where MC gradually realizes what he did was bad or his obsession for ML was unhealthy, he just wakes up one day and becomes good. Idk, the change in his personality felt so abrupt and artificial. #－.－)
Why did the author leave out the kids in this amnesia arc?! They're important too, you know?! Please MC if you're going to leave that ass at least bring your kids with you! ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ

Art's pretty but god I feel like the plot is everywhere with how MC trying to do everything except spending quality time with ML. While the ML is a brat that will do anything to make MC loves him except trying to be a better man for him.
The story just drags on, with each chapter having these characters repeatedly saying useless stuff that the readers already knew or don't care about. Then the overused cliche like almost every single person around the MCs knows that they love each other except for the MC himself, who keeps staying in denial as long as possible for the drama. "That kiss felt as innocent as a handshake." excuse me, wth? lol.
Also, the MC's personality and expression (80% poker face) are so bland makes it even more boring and frustrating to read.
I can understand the ex's circumstance when he constantly sought for love/attachment because of his father's abuse, and the reason he pushed MC away in the past could be to protect him. But what's with the brothers yearning for MC and acting pathetic, trying to hurt themselves to gain his attention when they hardly know each other. Their relationships felt so forced.
A love confession right after r*pe scene and their faces go doki doki like wha? Are they even staying in the same universe right now.

Man, after spending 100+ chapters watching them constantly fighting for their love and assuring each other anxiety, we then get too see a man who simply let go of his love and abandoned everything in a blink of an eye, without a single word of explanation.
If I didn't backtrack a few chapters, I would have forgotten that they're actually married, seeing how HB's "handling" things by himself right now. Srsly, Idk if HB even considers TS as his husband. Why the heck is HB acting this way, when he clearly know what he's doing is hurting both of them. This is so frustrating!
